Taking the quiz to Bucharest!

A few months ago, we had the pleasure of making our Eastern European debut at the CoffeEast festival in Bucharest.

This event, which is one of the largest coffee shows in the region, was looking for an engaging, fun and inclusive closing element for the last day. Who else to turn to but COMEDY QUIZ, right?

Alex Kitain, creator of the quiz, previously hosted hugely popular quizzes at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival in 2023 and 2024 and word seemed to have travelled to other parts of the continent that this quiz truly is a winner.

CoffeEast took place inside the iconic RomExpo building and brought together coffee professionals and coffee lovers from far and wide alike. 

To cap this hugely successful edition, Alex pulled out all the stops and hosted a hysterical coffee-themed quiz, which included questions on all sorts of unexpected topics. 

CoffeEast and the crowd loved the quiz so much that they already requested that Alex return for the 2027 edition.
